Responsibilities :

• Communicate with business users to understand the business requirements in order to define appropriate report solutions
• Build reporting and analyze data to present insights concisely
• Design and develop reports on reporting tools
• Maintain and enhance BI solutions and automated reporting
• Maintain reporting source code and query
• Keep monitoring and resolving report issues in help desk system
• Constantly follow up the related stakeholders for root cause and solution
• Deploy the reports in testing environment
• Deploy the reports in production environment
• Document the user guide and provide training to the users
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Any related tasks assigned by supervisor or management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1 years of experiences in data analysis, reporting platform, Oracle database, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and Data warehouse
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle BI, Jasper Report)
• Experience in Power BI is highly desirable
• Good at logical analysis, data structure, and algorithms
• Good understanding of banking products and services
• Basic knowledge in Apache Tomcat, JBoss and Spring Boot is a plus
• A strong desire to work in a team
• High initiative, commitment, good communication, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
