Responsibilities :
- A. Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Oversee strategies for SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn), Display & Video (YouTube, Tiktok), Native, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Lead efforts to design, build, test, and report on on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) and personalization activities.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content and technical frameworks to maximize organic traffic.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via Marketing Cloud, including design, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage website content update and performance, ensuring seamless functionality, optimized user experience, and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- B. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
- Use and manage advanced digital analytics platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity.
- Monitor and analyze website metrics to ensure optimal performance and user engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
- Develop and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations.
- C. Innovation and Strategic Vision:
- Understand and anticipate industry trends, integrating emerging technologies into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation in digital marketing, exploring opportunities for automation and enhanced targeting.
- Continuously refine strategies by asking “why, what, and how,” challenging assumptions, and exploring new approaches.
- Identify opportunities to leverage email automation and personalization to improve customer journeys.
- D. Digital Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all digital touchpoints.
- Act as a mentor to team members, fostering professional growth and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset, ensuring all initiatives address customer needs and preferences.
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience, managing teams and vendor collaborations. Digital marketing or digital performance experience at a management level in the finance industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in successfully managing and executing cross-channel digital advertising campaigns.
- Competent understanding of digital advertising strategies, including SEM, Social Media, Display, Video, Native, and Affiliates.
- Experience with on-site CRO and SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and related tools.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok), content management platforms (WordPress), and CRM/email marketing platform (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud). Experience with HTML editing is an advantage.
