Assistant to CEO’s Office

Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring the bank adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Preparing agendas and minutes for board meetings and other relevant meetings
  • Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of related management, quarterly management and annual general meetings and other meetings
  • Ensuring good information flows within the management committees and between senior management, executive directors and employees
  • Working closely with all departments to help deliver solutions relevant to the business needs and what can be improved within the bank
  • Support admin work in CEO’s office/Group business and some tasks that assigned by Chairman
  • Being an excellent problem solver
  • Other task assigns by Manager, Corporate Secretary & Communication and CEO.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of company secretary or other role in Retail and Corporate Banking or other financial institutions
  • Strong skills with demonstrated ability to advise and influence diverse groups of employees with flexibility, innovation and diplomacy
  • Superior communication with interpersonal skill with the ability to make positive impact on outcomes and
  • A high level of proficiency in English and Chinese language, both writing & speaking
