Responsibilities :
- Provide superior and consistent advice and service to customers either by telephone and face-to-face with the following protocol;
- Cash counting expert;
- Perform operational transactions both cash and non-cash both physical and system in correctively and accuracy;
- Maintains and control daily cash on hand and system to ensure correct;
- Perform and assist team to provide best service and correct transaction banking for targeted customers;
- Oversee day-to-day operations including serving refreshment and/or gift to customers; managing inventories, operational planning, facility management and other related;
- Maintain scheduling for use of VIP room, meeting rooms, events, booking and order for customer’s business discussion;
- Ensure efficient daily operation flow by providing advices, leading and fully supporting to satisfy customer need with premium banking service to high-end customers;
- Performance and productivity tracking/monitoring and keep improvement;
- Manage own and team performance, coaching and training on new products, services, processes and policies, etc… to team members (if have assignment);
- Support and collaborate with CSR,BOS, RMs and other related teams, as well as security guard to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth handover of the customers by pre-informing them before, during customer arrives, and when customer leave our bank;
- Contribute and complies with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions; maintaining customer traffic surveys; auditing other tellers’ currency; assisting in certification of proof;
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Perform other tasks as assign by line manager.
Requirements :
- Degree in banking and finance, Accounting, Business or any related discipline.
- At least year 4 student or fresh graduate BBA.
- At least have experience 1 years in the related field,
- Organizational and time management skills.
- High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Articulate with strong writing skill in English and Khmer and Chinese.
