Responsibilities :
- 70% Content Creation & Planning (TikTok‑first)
- Ideate, script, film, and edit original TikTok videos that align with brand voice and campaign goals, optimized for hooks, retention, and watch time.
- Plan and execute a growth roadmap for the TikTok channel, focusing on follower acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design long-term content strategies and campaign calendars that align with brand objectives and seasonal trends.
- Spot and fast‑adapt to trends (sounds, formats, memes, challenges) to develop thumb‑stopping, viral‑ready content while staying authentic to the brand.
- Produce diverse video formats: face‑to‑camera explainers, skits, product demos, POVs, UGC‑style videos, stitch/duet concepts, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Engage with the community via comments, stitches/duets, and live sessions (where relevant) to boost reach and loyalty; collaborate with creators/partners when beneficial.
- 30% Performance, Collaboration & Other Tasks
- Track KPIs (views, retention, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR/conversions) and iterate content based on data; A/B test formats, captions, and CTAs.
- Partner closely with Designers, Performance Marketing, Product/Brand, and PR to align content with campaigns and product launches; ensure on‑brand compliance.
Requirements :
- BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Media & Communications, Linguistics, or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Content Creator/Tiktoker
- TikTok Portfolio Required: Showcase an active TikTok account or portfolio with strong content quality and a solid follower base.
- CapCut Proficiency: Skilled in using CapCut (and TikTok’s native tools) for video editing; ability to deliver polished, engaging videos quickly.
- Highly Creative & Agile: A fast thinker with the ability to generate multiple content ideas and adapt quickly to trends.
- Strong On-Camera Presence: Good voice and confident appearance, as you will frequently feature in videos.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Khmer for daily communication; Vietnamese is a plus.
