Responsibilities :
60% Copywriting:
- Read, understand, and write following the brand communication guidelines.;
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communication channels, ensuring content reflects the bank’s image and messaging strategy;
- Writing and editing variable formats of content including website copy, blog posts, white papers, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, etc.
- Supporting and collaborating with the agencies about content on web, app, other platforms;
- Implementing & reviewing content in Khmer, and English language. Chinese is a plus;
- Have a creative mindset and skill set for word-playing.
20% Content Strategist:
- Propose and develop creative copy concepts that effectively communicate the bank’s unique value proposition. Present ideas to stakeholders and refine concepts based on feedback;
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance online visibility. Incorporate digital marketing principles to drive engagement and conversions;
- Supporting & reviewing the creative vendor’s outputs, ensuring brand consistency;
- Acting as a local expert: Counseling about local trends, behaviors, and insights in terms of content in the Cambodia market;
- Coordinating with designers to release visually appealing elements into digital campaigns;
- Adjusting content writing style & keyhook based on content performance report.
20% Others:
- Support the development of product content for business materials such as sales decks, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team and other departments to deliver tasks;
- Updating and reporting monthly to the line manager.
Requirements :
- BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Media & Communications, Linguistics or related disciplines;
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Copywriter or Content Marketer position (experience in Banking/Fintech companies: Financial Institution, Advertising Agency, Public Newspaper preferred);
- Proficient in English and Khmer language, both speaking and writing. With Chinese is a plus;
- Familiar with various content formats of social media and digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Website, etc.)
- Proven record with a diverse portfolio showcasing your relevant work;
- Creativity mindset with a “Can-do” attitude;
- Ability to work in a Diversity & Inclusion team environment;
- Be able to work independently and coordination skills.
