Responsibilities :
A. Market & Product Research (40%):
- Conduct regular and in – depth market research to understand customer needs, product trends, and competitor movements.
- Analyze banking product features and marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities
- Turn insights from customers and competitors into input for product positioning and go-to-market plans
B. Product marketing development (25%):
In charge of marketing product development across app, web, and email channels based on Marketing and Business demands:
- Promote new Marketing product features & benefits based on marketing and business needs.
- Drive in-app and email engagement.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to support product adoption
- Support to execute MKT product-related content and communications
- Track and optimize marketing performance across touchpoints
C. Reporting & Analysis (20%):
- Create clear marketing reports and presentations with key insights and actions for stakeholders
- Share regular updates and suggestions to improve marketing results and support business growth
- Use market research to help improve customer experience and keep users engaged
D. Department Collaboration (15%):
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and business units to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Work together with relevant departments to enhance marketing strategies and optimize advertising campaigns.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Market Research, Business Analysis, or Marketing Strategy.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Understanding of marketing principles, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
