Senior Officer, Automation and UAT

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in studying existing platforms and applications to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  • Assist in developing requirements and workflows that are suitable for automation;
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end UAT activities for digital channels and systems. 
  • Develop UAT test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria in alignment with business users. 
  • Facilitate UAT execution, logging defects, and tracking resolutions with IT and vendors. 
  • Ensure timely sign-off of UAT deliverables in compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. 
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression, performance, and integration testing. 
  • Analyze test results and generate reports highlighting quality metrics, risks, and trends. 
  • Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to align testing strategies with project timelines. 
  • Support defect triage, prioritization, and root cause analysis. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and management requirements. 
  • Provide training and guidance to business users participating in UAT. 
  • Initiate and support any automation solution for better improvement. 
  • Adhoc by line manager.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related filed such as business administration, management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experiences in banking industry and related field.
  • Effective communication skill.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Good teamwork and flexible to work effectively with others.
