Responsibilities :
- Having knowledge of all types of retail banking services
- Strong communication skill and presentation skill
- Having deep understanding with market opportunities and market risk
- Create persuasive arguments to sell products and services to customers specialized in Current Account, Credit Cards and Home Loan
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Regularly reach out to potential customers.
- Take care of customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Set and maintain sales target goals.
- Communicate with team members regularly.
- Keep up with current sales trends.
- Greet and assist customers.
- Perform other assigned tasks by line manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Banking and Finance, Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Having knowledge in retail banking products
- Proven experience at least 2 years in retail banking Sales
- Good knowledge of banking related regulations and laws in Cambodia.
