Responsibilities :
- Communicate with business users to understand the business requirements in order to define appropriate report solutions
- Build reporting and analyze data to present insights concisely
- Design and develop reports on reporting tools
- Maintain and enhance BI solutions and automated reporting
- Maintain reporting source code and query
- Keep monitoring and resolving report issues in help desk system
- Constantly follow up the related stakeholders for root cause and solution
- Deploy the reports in testing environment
- Deploy the reports in production environment
- Document the user guide and provide training to the users
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Any related tasks assigned by supervisor or management from time to time.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1 years of experiences in data analysis, reporting platform, Oracle database, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and Data warehouse
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle BI, Jasper Report)
- Experience in Power BI is highly desirable
- Good at logical analysis, data structure, and algorithms
- Good understanding of banking products and services
- Basic knowledge in Apache Tomcat, JBoss and Spring Boot is a plus
- A strong desire to work in a team
- High initiative, commitment, good communication, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
