Manager, Content Marketing

Responsibilities :

A.  Creative Leadership:

  • Provide direction and vision for all creative projects across platforms (web, social media, video, print), including content and design.
  • Oversee the production of integrated campaigns, including storytelling-driven initiatives, advertisements, and social media content.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
  • Act as a mentor to team members, helping them grow their skills and deliver exceptional work.

B.  Strategic Content Development:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft innovative content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the production of integrated campaigns, including storytelling-driven initiatives, advertisements, and social media content.
  • Ensure that all content is timely delivered, SEO-optimized, engaging, and relevant to target audiences.

C.  Innovation Pioneer:

  • Identify emerging trends in design, storytelling, and digital marketing to keep the brand fresh and competitive, especially on Tiktok.
  • Develop experimental content strategies, such as interactive or immersive formats, to captivate audiences.
  • Leverage user-generated content and testimonials to enhance authenticity and credibility.
  • Oversee special projects such as case studies, annual reports, or video testimonials that reinforce the brand’s expertise.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years in senior creative roles, managing teams and overseeing in-house and vendor-led projects. Preferred experience in creative leadership roles within advertising agencies or content management in the finance industry.
  • Proven track record of leading creative teams (writers, designers, and external partners) to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Fluent in English and Khmer.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, multi-channel content strategies, and creative development processes.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other creative software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Highly creative with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
