Responsibilities :

• Analyze existing platforms and applications to identify gaps and opportunities to develop into e-platform and e-applications;
• Review and provide concept on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design;
• Develop backend infrastructure and functionality for e-platform and e-applications;
• Review system gaps and put into automation by defining automation solutions and develop automated workflow;
• Perform UAT test including identify test scenarios, prepare test document, execute test cases, and gather and analyze test results;
• Analyze the processes and design workflow that are suitable for automation;
• Develop or configure the software that will perform the automatic tasks;
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure quality standard of automation and UAT;
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team; and
• Monitor and report the scopes/projects progress, results and prepare document for sign-off.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in related filed such as business administration, management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experiences in automation and UAT testing lead within banking industry or related field.
• Understand core banking system, card system and other related system in banking industry.
• Good at assess processes, identify risks or inefficiencies.
• Effective communication skill with written and verbal in English.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks, manage timelines and coordinate resource effectively.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills to effectively manage and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and collaborate with other departments.
