Responsibilities :
A. Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Coordinate with the outsourced digital marketing agency to oversee strategies for SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn), Display & Video (YouTube, Tiktok), Native, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, build, test, and report on on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) and personalization activities.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content and technical frameworks to maximize organic traffic.
- Act as a liaison to ensure the agency’s work is aligned with business goals and objectives.
B. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
- Use and manage advanced digital analytics platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
- Develop and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations.
C. Innovation and Strategic Vision:
- Understand and anticipate industry trends, integrating emerging technologies into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation in digital marketing, exploring opportunities for automation and enhanced targeting.
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital performance, preferably in the financial industry or a media agency.
- Proven experience in successfully managing and executing cross-channel digital advertising campaigns or performance marketing campaigns.
- Competent understanding of digital advertising strategies, including SEM, Social Media, Display, Video, Native, and Affiliates.
- Experience with on-site CRO and SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and related tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
